Sales Training That’s Rooted in the Real Community

This isn’t a seminar or a script. Our training is immersive, specific, and hyper-local—focused on the community you’re selling in and taught in the community you’re selling in. Delivered one-on-one or in groups no larger than four, we work directly with sales associates, assistants, or new home consultants to elevate their effectiveness where it counts.

Each engagement spans 30 to 90 days and is fully embedded in the community. Because even two miles can mean a different buyer profile, pace, and product fit, we examine what truly matters: local market dynamics, cultural nuances, customer behavior, and real-time competition.

We walk the neighborhood together, coach inside your models, shadow live traffic, and fine-tune the buyer journey—one interaction at a time.

COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE EVALUATIONS

With our Community Experience Evaluation service, we offer a transparent and thorough assessment of your community, model homes, and the customer interactions to better understand the pitfalls and opportunities that exist in real time with a boots on the ground analysis.

We will do an on-site evaluation and conduct a detailed shop style assessment using a comprehensive 10-point criteria checklist and scorecard. Each aspect—ranging from curb appeal and community amenities to builder reviews and pricing transparency—will be scored to provide a clear picture of your community's strengths and areas for improvement. The on-site evaluation will be tailored to fit the developer or new home builder perspective.

Studies show that buyers naturally place more trust in their realtors than in builders, highlighting the need for realtors to be equipped with the right knowledge and tools. That’s why we’re excited to partner with Builder Boost to offer specialized Continuing Education (CE) classes tailored for realtors new to new home sales or looking to enhance their expertise. These immersive courses provide realtors with the insights they need to better serve their clients, fostering stronger relationships and driving sales in the new home market. These classes are officially accredited through TREC and account for realtor elective credits.
